What is the difference between the creative icon™ 2 and the creative icon™ 3?

The biggest difference is the new embroidery unit: it is quieter, has less vibration, and reaches an embroidery area of 450 × 450 mm with the optional creative™ Grand Turnable Hoop (compared to 360 × 350 mm on the icon 2). In addition, Free-Arm embroidery, Exact Position with scaling, Quick Quilt Settings, Fabric Selection, enhanced STITCH CREATOR™, My Hoops, and Special Techniques Hoop compatibility are exclusive to the creative icon™ 3. The number of stitches has increased from 800+ to 870+, and embroidery designs from 870+ to 920+. Projection, Hoop Scanning, and Presser Foot Recognition are available on both models. Do I need to buy anything extra for the 450 × 450 mm embroidery area?

Yes. The machine comes with 4 hoops; the optional creative™ Grand Turnable Hoop is required for the largest 450 × 450 mm area. You still have a large working area with the hoops that come in the box.

What is CREATIVATE™, and is it paid?

CREATIVATE™ is PFAFF®'s digital platform. You connect the machine via Wi-Fi to access the design catalog, Vault, and the mobile app. Basic connectivity is free; the catalog containing nearly 10,000 designs, embroidery software, and certain advanced features require a paid CREATIVATE membership.

Can I use it from my phone?

Yes. With the CREATIVATE app, you can use the Design Placement function to align your design on the fabric in the hoop, and receive notifications on your phone when it's time to change thread or when the embroidery is finished via the Monitor feature.

Where can I buy it in Turkey?

Can I try it before I buy it?

Can I use the embroidery files I already have?

Yes. The machine supports multi-format reading; you can transfer your designs to the machine via USB or through the CREATIVATE Vault.

How do I learn how to use it?

The machine has a built-in Learning Center and an on-screen setup wizard. Additionally, as Kumaş Fırsatı, we provide post-purchase usage support.
